Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff breeds, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Akita, Siberian Husky, Dogo Argentino, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, and any mix of these breeds.

All pets and animals must be fully disclosed and approved prior to move-in. Applicants are required to complete a pet profile through PetScreening. There is a one-time pet fee of $500, as well as a $35 monthly pet charge.
